Shipping policy

We offer next day delivery for orders placed before 12pm. Order placed after 12pm will be processed the following working day. Excluding Bank Holidays.

Orders place after 12pm Friday to Sunday will be processed the next working day.

We have partnered with Royal Mail to ensure your candles are delivered straight to your door as promptly as possible.

Orders under 2kg will be shipped by Royal Mail (excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, The Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man).

Orders over 2kg will be shipped by Parcelforce (excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, The Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man).

TRACK YOUR PARCEL

Once your order is confirmed, you will be notified via email which will include an order tracking number and kept up to date on expected delivery times.

Most deliveries arrive within 1-2 days once shipped, but please check your tracking information for delivery updates on your order.

RETURNS

We do our absolute best to make sure your items are packaged and delivered to you in the best possible condition.

But unfortunately, accidents do sometimes happen.

If any part of your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem for you ASAP.
